Bagel Bombs

The BKR original. Sourdough bagel dough wrapped around a core of cream cheese, seasoned outside and baked until the crust shatters and the middle runs.

Seven toppings, six cream cheese fillings, eight to a box. Nobody else in Burlington is making these.
